While we first beginning our engagement, Borderless was positioned as a B2C platform for Indian retail investors into US markets. What stood out to us was clearly their strong regulatory compliance across the Indian and US fronts-an indispensable foundation upon which to build compliant and scalable cross-border financial services.
The team was partnered to evolve the model into a B2B2C infrastructure layer to allow brokers and financial institutions to offer cross-border investment services using Indian KYC. Our support was on building operational and compliance systems from scratch, tightening the tech stack for scalability, and opening doors for partnering opportunities across the ecosystem.
Today, Borderless powers a rapidly growing suite of cross-border financial products, with its platform extension beyond investments into payments, remittances, and multi-currency accounts.
